The last baby shower gift.

Our little superstar turns three next week. What a great three years it has been. Three and a half years ago, I was just an ordinary guy. Within a few months, I was transformed into Super Dad (superhero noise). Three days before her third birthday, we also passed another milestone. We dressed her in the last of her baby shower gifts! A cute little long sleeve 'Life is Good' shirt. It was a gift from my best friend. He is the greatest, but he was very clueless in the kid department. He is starting to understand kids as he watches my star grow, but he still probably can't pick the right size clothes. But at least he will finally get to see her in his baby gift.

Are you kidding me , I still don't know my kids clothes sizes. I don't know who decided age was a size, but I'm sure they don't have kids! Be kind to your friend, he was obviously looking to the future!

The great thing about clothes that are too big is that someday the little ones grow into them. The sizes on many of the clothes has also changed greatly the past few years. Sizes went up... What used to be 4T is now 3T... I have clothes from my 7yo that are labled the same size, but one full size smaller..

We just try all the clothes on now regardless of size, since we never know what will fit. In the store, we just buy and keep till they fit. If you see my daughter wearing shorts in winter, you'll know we guessed wrong on her size.
